- Ergonomic Causative Factors can be reduced-
Situations that lead to needless bodily i.e. physical tiredness in employees are called ergonomic causative factors, mostly found in an environment concerned with manual handling of materials. These ergonomic causative factors should be recognized and reduced by placing measures of control wherever needed in order to minimize the vulnerability of employees to all plausible risks.

Handing out personal safety gear/apparatus, for example- some primary safety gear/apparatus includes safety goggles, gloves for material with rugged edges, safety boots or shoes (especially non-slip footwear) to individual workers to significantly reduce accidents while manually transporting materials/goods.

Vibration and noise are universal in a number of factories and plants which can lead to impair an employee’s hearing; vibration causes noise and it also causes musculoskeletal disorders and bodily weariness in employees.
